Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- peanut butter - 1 c
- Marshmallow Creme - 2 c
How to make peanut butter squares:
Combine sugar and milk in a heavy saucepan. Cook to 238° on a candy thermometer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and Marshmallow Creme; stir until smooth. Spread into buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 64.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
