Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 3/4 c
- confectioners sugar - 3/4 c
- boiling water - 1/4 c
- peanut butter - 8 oz
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- plain gelatin - 1/2 oz
How to make peanut butter pie:
Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter together. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and then combine it with the cream cheese and peanut butter mixture. Add milk and stir until smooth. Slowly stir in Cool Whip. Divide mixture between 2 graham cracker crusts. You can sprinkle chopped peanuts on tops of pies if you so desire.
