Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- prepared graham cracker crust - 1 item
How to make frozen peanut butter pie:
Beat cheese until soft. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Blend in milk thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into prepared pie shell. Freeze and let thaw for 5 minutes before serving.This pie is served in a restaurant for the House of Representatives in Washington.
