  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • mashed bananas - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • oatmeal

How to make peanut butter oatmeal cookies:

Combine oats, flour, powder, soda and salt. In second bowl mix peanut butter and margarine; add sugars. Beat in egg, banana and vanilla. Stir in flour; mix and drop by spoonfuls on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 4
