Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- jar peanut butter - 16 oz
- sticks butter or oleo - 2 item
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 7 oz
- can evaporated milk lite or skim - 1 item
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Bring to full boil the sugar, butter and milk. Let boil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add Marshmallow Creme and blend well. Add peanut butter and vanilla.After Marshmallow Creme and peanut butter are thoroughly blended, pour in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Let cool before cutting.
If burner gets very hot, reduce heat slightly to keep from sticking. Needs to full boil.
