Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 2 4
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- sifted powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- rolled oats - 1 c
- unbeaten egg - 1 item
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. Blend in unbeaten egg, 1/3 cup peanut butter, soda, salt and vanilla. Stir in flour and rolled oats. Spread in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes. Combine sifted powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter and evaporated milk. Mix well. Spread chocolate evenly.
