- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
How to make peanut butter custard pie:
Prepare pie shell. Cream peanut butter and vanilla. Combine sugar and salt. Gradually add to peanut butter; cream after each addition until fluffy. With mixer at medium speed, add eggs gradually. At low speed, blend in milk and beat until mixture is smooth. Strain into unbaked pie shell.
