  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 3/4 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Add extra egg, if dropped cookie is desired. Add 2 tablespoons sour cream if a soft dropped cookie is desired.

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
