Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 1/2 c
• peanut butter - 1/3 c
• white sugar - 1/2 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Cream the shortening, peanut butter and sugars together. Add egg and beat. Sift remaining dry ingredients into small bowl. Add both together and vanilla. Form into small balls. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
