Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- sifted flour - 2 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Stir with a whisk
How to make peanut butter cake:
Bring to boil oleo, water, peanut butter and oil. Stir with a whisk. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar, baking soda, milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix into cooked mixture with whisk, stirring well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until tested done.Frosting:1 stick oleo1/3 c. milk1/2 c. peanut butter1 lb. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cook over medium heat oleo, milk and peanut butter to a boil.
