Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- box 10x sugar - 1 lb
- Peanut Butter Frosting:1 stick butter
How to make peanut butter cake:
Peanut Butter Frosting:1 stick butter1/2 c. peanut butter1/3 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. box 10x sugar Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in large pan. Turn off heat and add the remaining cake ingredients. Stir until well blended. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.Frosting: Put butter, peanut butter and milk in saucepan. Cook until it comes to a boil. Remove from stove; add vanilla and 10x sugar. Stir until well blended. Frost cooled cake.
