Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • box 10x sugar - 1 lb
  • Peanut Butter Frosting:1 stick butter

How to make peanut butter cake:

Peanut Butter Frosting:1 stick butter1/2 c. peanut butter1/3 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. box 10x sugar Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in large pan. Turn off heat and add the remaining cake ingredients. Stir until well blended. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

Frosting: Put butter, peanut butter and milk in saucepan. Cook until it comes to a boil. Remove from stove; add vanilla and 10x sugar. Stir until well blended. Frost cooled cake.
