Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- soft margarine - 1 c
- peanuts, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- granulated sugar replacement - 2 Tbsp
How to make peanut butter balls:
Beat margarine with sugar replacement until creamy. Add vanilla, water and flour, mixing well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.Form into 1-inch balls. Dip into beaten egg white and roll in chopped nuts. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
