Ingredients/Components
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- chocolate chips - 18 oz
- Rice Krispies
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- bar paraffin - 1/4 item
- jar chunky peanut butter - 1 oz
How to make peanut butter balls:
Melt butter or margarine. Mix with peanut butter and sugar. Stir in Rice Krispies. Form into balls using a melon baller. Melt chocolate and paraffin over hot water. Drop the balls into chocolate; roll, then lift out with a fork and place on a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Put in freezer for 5 minutes. Remove balls from cookie sheet and store in covered tins in refrigerator.Note: Test a few balls and if the chocolate does not set up, add just a little more paraffin to the chocolate before dipping.
