Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- stick margarine, softened - 1/2 item
- Minute tapioca - 1 Tbsp
- 2 1/2 can sliced peaches
How to make peach crumb pie:
Crumb Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/2 stick margarine, softened3/4 c. flour Pour part of juice off peaches. Mix peaches, tapioca, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Pour into pie shell. Mix ingredients for crumb topping into crumbs and sprinkle on top of peaches. Bake at 400° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
