Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- white sugar
- flour plain - 1 c
- sliced peaches - 1 item
How to make peach cobbler:
Slice peaches to half fill Pyrex dish (large). Sweeten with 1 cup white sugar. Then in bowl, mix together flour, 1/2 cup white sugar, brown sugar and egg. Crumble on top of peaches, then sprinkle on butter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cobblers and crisps, Peaches.
