Peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon
- milk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
- can sliced peaches or any fruit, undrained - 1 oz
How to make peach cobbler:
Combine first three ingredients. Mix well. Add milk. Stir. Pour mixture into a lightly greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter. Combine 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Add to peaches. Spoon peach mixture over batter. Do not stir. Bake at 350° for 50 or 60 minutes or until brown. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cobblers and crisps, Peaches.
