Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- raw peaches - 3 c
How to make peach cobbler:
Topping:1 c. sugar1 tsp. cornstarch In bottom of pan put peaches and sugar. Combine milk, butter, salt, baking powder and flour. Spread over fruit.For topping, mix sugar and cornstarch. Pour over batter. Pour 1 cup boiling water over all. Bake at 325° for 60 minutes.
