Peach bavarian
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- boiling water - 2 c
- can sliced peaches - 1 oz
- carton frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 oz
- additional sliced peaches optional - 1 item
How to make peach bavarian:
Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice. Chop peaches into small pieces; set aside. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Stir in reserved syrup. Chill until lightly thickened. Stir extract into whipped topping. Gently fold into gelatin mixture. Fold in peaches. Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold. Chill overnight. Unmold. Garnish with additional peaches if desired.
