Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 2 tsp
• butter - 1/3 c
• egg - 1 item
• Rice Krispies - 2 c
• miniature marshmallows - 2 c
• yellow cake mix - 1 item
• white corn syrup - 2/3 c
• salted peanuts - 2 c
• peanut butter chips - 12 oz

How to make payday cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup butter and egg. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan for 12 to 18 minutes. When baked and still hot, top with marshmallows. Heat in microwave the corn syrup, 1/4 cup butter, chips and vanilla (about 30 seconds and then 30 seconds). When smooth, add peanuts and Rice Krispies. Pour over top of cake.
