Ingredients/Components
- chopped parsley - 1/2 tsp
- can whole tomatoes - 4 oz
- chicken stock - 4 oz
- chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- bacon, diced - 2 oz
- crushed red pepper to taste - 1 item
- can white kidney beans - 16 oz
- Prosciutto - 1 oz
- tubetti macaroni - 4 oz
How to make pasta and beans:
Rinse and boil kidney beans; after boiling strain beans. In saucepan saute bacon and Prosciutto; add garlic, fennel seed, parsley and crushed red peppers. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, chicken stock, kidney beans and macaroni. SimmerRecipe categories: Weeknight, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
