- eggs - 2 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- milk or water - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine, softened - 1 item
- 1/2 cups flour - 1 item
- teaspoon vanilla - 1 item
How to make pancake cookies:
Mix sugar, eggs and butter. Add butter. Slowly stir in sifted flour. Add milk or water in small amounts until thick but mushy. Drop spoonfuls into greased and floured cookie sheet.
