- chopped celery - 1 c
- tapioca - 3 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 2 item
- beef bouillon - 1 c
- stew meat - 3 lb
- soup can water - 1 item
How to make oven stew:
Mix all ingredients in a roaster. Bake at 500° for 30 minutes, then at 250° for 3 to 5 hours. Can be doubled or frozen.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Stew.
