  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • tapioca - 3 Tbsp
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • sliced carrots - 2 item
  • beef bouillon - 1 c
  • stew meat - 3 lb
  • soup can water - 1 item

How to make oven stew:

Mix all ingredients in a roaster. Bake at 500° for 30 minutes, then at 250° for 3 to 5 hours. Can be doubled or frozen.
