Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • vanilla frosting - 1 item

How to make out of this world cake:

Mix all ingredients, except pineapple and frosting. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. After you take the cake out of oven, pour pineapple and juice all over cake, then let it cool about 10 minutes. Spread vanilla frosting over top. Serve from pan.
