Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- oil
- sliced almonds - 3 oz
- margarine - 1/2 c
- red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- sesame seed - 1/2 c
- Ramen noodles, broken up - 2 pkg
- several green onions - 1 item
- head bok choy lettuce - 1 item
How to make oriental salad:
Dressing:3/4 c. oil1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. red wine vinegar2 Tbsp. soy sauce Dressing: Mix ingredients well. Refrigerate.Salad: Saute until golden the first 5 ingredients, stirring constantly to keep almonds and sesame seed from burning. Chop bok choy and green onions. Add crunch mixture and dressing.
