Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- grated orange peel - 1 Tbsp
- grated lemon peel - 1 Tbsp
- oleo or butter, melted - 1/2 c
- Duncan Hines Deluxe orange cake mix - 1 item
- Mix cake as it says
How to make orange crunch cake:
Mix first 4 ingredients and press into two 9-inch pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake as it says. Add orange peel and lemon peel. Pour batter over crunch layer and bake at 350° until toothpick comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Cool, then frost.Frosting:1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix1/4 c. powdered sugar1 c. milk1 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip Mix first 3 ingredients together. Beat 1 minute.
