Oatmeal waffles
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour
- quick cooking rolled oats - 1 c
- butter, melted - 6 Tbsp
How to make oatmeal waffles:
In a large mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Set aside. In separate bowl, stir together eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add to flour mixture; mix well. Pour small amounts of batter onto hot greased waffle iron. Close lid quickly. Do not open iron while cooking. Remove waffle with fork. Serve with fresh fruit or yogurt.
