Oatmeal pudding cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• pkg - 1 oz
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 3/4 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• white sugar - 1/4 c
• quick oats
• soft margarine - 1 c
• raisins or nuts optional - 1 c

How to make oatmeal pudding cookies:

Cream together sugars, pudding mix and margarine. Add eggs and blend well. Then add the dry ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
