- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- uncooked quick rolled oats - 1 c
How to make oatmeal pie:
Beat eggs until foamy. Add syrup, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Stir in rolled oats and pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes until center is firm and knife inserted in center comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
