  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • cocoa - 1/3 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • oatmeal - 2 c
  • whole milk - 1/2 c

How to make oatmeal fudge cookies:

Mix together sugar, butter, milk and cocoa; bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from stove. Quickly add 2 cups oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix. Drop onto waxed paper 1 tablespoon at a time to form cookies. Let cool and serve.
