Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • large eggs - 4 item
  • raisins - 1 c
  • cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • quick oats - 4 c
  • walnuts - 1 c
  • canola oil - 1 c
  • fine wheat flour - 2 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Beat eggs in 2-quart bowl. Add oil, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat all together. In a 2-quart bowl, sift together wheat flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Add to egg mixture. Fold in raisins, nuts and oats. Put Pam or Wesson oil spray on cookie sheet. Makes 4 dozen.
