  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • oats

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Cream sugar and shortening. Mix in eggs and seasonings. Mix in oats and nuts. Stir in flour. Bake at 350°.
