Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1 c
  • cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • diced zucchini - 2 item

How to make zucchini bread:

Set oven at 350°. Bake in loaf pans which have been sprayed with Pam.

Beat eggs; add sugar, brown sugar and margarine. Add spices to flour and add in bowl. Add vanilla, zucchini and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pans and bake 60 minutes.
