  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt
  • flour - 4 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • lard

How to make never fail pie crust:

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in lard with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal. In a separate bowl, mix together the water, vinegar and egg. Add to flour mixture. This will be enough for two double crust pies
