Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- dried mushrooms - 1 item
- Soak overnight
How to make mushroom soup:
Wash dried mushrooms. Soak overnight. In morning, cook mushrooms in the water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook slowly for 2 hours or more.Zaprashka:1 chopped onion2 Tbsp. salad oil2 Tbsp. flour Brown chopped onion in salad oil; add browned onion to mushroom soup.
