How to make monkey bread:
Roll out dough (1 loaf) about 1/2-inch thick. Spread with butter. Cut in triangles, squares or oblongs. Place in bread pan with buttered side up on top of each other (3 layers high). Let rise same as bread. Bake until golden.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Rolls/biscuits.
