Monkey bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- brown sugar
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- cans 10 count buttermilk biscuits - 3 item
- pecans to suit taste - 1 item
How to make monkey bread:
Cut each biscuit into fourths. Mix sugar and cinnamon in bag. Shake biscuits in mixture. Melt brown sugar and margarine and let boil 1 minute.Layer biscuits in greased tube pan. Sprinkle pecans and brown sugar mixture over each layer of biscuits. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. To serve, pinch off with fingers.
