- cold milk - 2 c
- whole graham crackers - 20 item
- cans cherry pie filling - 2 item
- thawed Cool Whip
- Jell-O vanilla instant pudding - 1 serving
How to make cherry-topped icebox cake:
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with some graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary. Pour milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Mix with electric mixer on low, beating until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then blend in whipped topping. Spread half of mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining mixture. Spread cherry pie filling over crackers.
