Ingredients/Components
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- milk, heated - 1 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
How to make monkey bread:
Combine margarine and milk; add dry yeast and sugar. Using mixer, gradually add flour. Do not knead. Let rise in mixer bowl 45 minutes to one hour. Turn out onto floured surface. Roll to 1/4-inch thick. Cut into three-inch squares. Melt another stick margarine. Dip each piece into margarine and arrange, overlapping, in a Bundt pan. Let rise another 30 to 45 minutes.
