Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- flour
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- pecans - 3/4 c
- 10x sugar - 1 c
- 1/2 sticks butter or margarine - 1 item
- chocolate pudding
How to make mississippi mud pie:
Mix butter, flour and 1/2 cup pecans until creamy. Press down in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let cool. Mix 10x sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread over top. Add remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining pecans over top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
