Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- self-rising flour
- cooking oil - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Marshmallow Creme - 7 oz
- Icing:1 1/2 sticks margarine
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Icing:1 1/2 sticks margarine1 Tbsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/2 c. milk1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix all cake ingredients except Marshmallow Creme. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes. Spread marshmallow cream on top of hot cake.Mix all icing ingredients well. (Do not cook.) Pour over cake while still warm. Swirl into marshmallow a little.
