- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 4 c
- sweet milk - 3/4 c
- pure butter no substitute - 1 lb
How to make million dollar pound cake:
Have eggs, butter and milk at room temperature. Combine sugar, one cup at a time, with the softened butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour which has been sifted 4 times to the creamed mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in milk and flavoring and pour batter into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kosher.
