- pepper - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- chicken - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- Velveeta, grated - 1 lb
How to make mexican chicken:
Boil and debone chicken. Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add onion and pepper, then cheese. Crush chips and sprinkle half of the package on top of the cheese. Mix Ro-Tel and soups together. Spread on top of chips. Top with the remaining chips. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
