Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- can chicken soup - 1 item
- tortillas - 1 pkg
- bell pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
- boiled chicken - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, grated or sliced thin - 1/2 lb
How to make mexican chicken:
Remove bones from chicken and set aside. Mix soups, Ro-Tel, pepper and onion. Break tortillas in bite-size pieces. In the bottom of an oblong, greased pan, put a layer of tortillas, then a layer of chicken, then a layer of mixture. Continue the layers until all are used.
