Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- cheese - 1/2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- Doritos - 1 pkg
- chicken, skinned and boned - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken:
Heat chicken broth, chicken soup, mushroom soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Layer Doritos, chicken, soup, onion and cheese throughout. Top with Doritos and cheese. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.Variation: Omit chicken broth. Use 1/2 to 1 pound of cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Variation: Use 1 1/2 cups broth and 1/2 onion (chopped). Do not heat liquid. Bake at 325° for 55 minutes.
Variation: Use nacho cheese flavored Doritos and omit cream of mushroom soup and onion.
