Mexican casserole
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 1
- can chili - 1 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 item
- taco chips - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 item
- onion optional - 1/2 c
- small can chopped black olives - 1 item
- can tomato soup, undiluted - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan with broken taco chips. Brown ground beef with onion. Spread on top of taco chips. Then spread tomato soup, next, mushroom soup and next, chili over mixture. Sprinkle chopped olives over this and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
