Mexican bean salad
Ingredients/Components
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- wine vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- can red kidney beans - 1 lb
- each: salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- small sweet pickles, chopped - 4 item
How to make mexican bean salad:
Drain beans well, then add celery, onion, walnuts and pickles. Shake oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; toss with mixture. Serve on lettuce.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, Black beans.
