Ingredients/Components

  • medium onion - 1 item
  • ground meat - 1 lb
  • can Ranch Style Beans - 1 item
  • can Cream of Mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can Cream of Chicken soup - 1 item
  • Cheddar Cheese - 1 pkg
  • - Flour Tortillas - 8 item
  • can Ro-tel Tomatoes diced - 1 item
  • jar Taco Sauce - 1 item

How to make mexican bean casserole:

Brown onion and meat, drain. Add meat mixture to soups, beans and sauce. Bring mixture to boil. Tear tortillas into strips and layer in casserole dish; then add meat mixture and strips of tortillas. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
