- medium onion - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 lb
- can Ranch Style Beans - 1 item
- can Cream of Mushroom soup - 1 item
- can Cream of Chicken soup - 1 item
- Cheddar Cheese - 1 pkg
- - Flour Tortillas - 8 item
- can Ro-tel Tomatoes diced - 1 item
- jar Taco Sauce - 1 item
How to make mexican bean casserole:
Brown onion and meat, drain. Add meat mixture to soups, beans and sauce. Bring mixture to boil. Tear tortillas into strips and layer in casserole dish; then add meat mixture and strips of tortillas.
