Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- vinegar - 4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1 c
- cubed Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- sweet pickle relish - 1/2 c
- medium shell macaroni - 3 c
How to make cheddar-macaroni salad:
In a large kettle, cook macaroni in a large amount of boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Cool to room temperature. Toss with cheese, celery, green pepper and onion.
