Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • potatoes, cubed - 2 c
  • carrots, sliced - 2 c
  • beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • flour more if needed - 1/2 c
  • oil or shortening - 2 Tbsp
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make meatball stew:

Make hamburger into small meatballs and roll in flour. Brown in oil; drain. Combine meatballs, carrots, potatoes, onions, bouillon, soup and salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes and carrots are tender.
