Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- potatoes, cubed - 2 c
- carrots, sliced - 2 c
- beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- flour more if needed - 1/2 c
- oil or shortening - 2 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make meatball stew:
Make hamburger into small meatballs and roll in flour. Brown in oil; drain. Combine meatballs, carrots, potatoes, onions, bouillon, soup and salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes and carrots are tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
