Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • catsup - 4 Tbsp
  • hamburger meat
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • onion, cut fine - 1/4 c

How to make meat loaf:

Sauce:1/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. vinegar2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/4 c. onion, cut fine1/2 c. catsup Loaf: Mix all ingredients. Place in baking dish.

Sauce: Bring to boil all ingredients. Pour over loaf before cooking. Cook in oven at 325° for 1 hour.
